The Reason

Tonight our advent reading was from Luke 2:6-7, the birth of Jesus. We read The Baby Jesus book which is the story of Jesus birth, a very special book that my parents read to me when I was a little girl. It has the sweetest illustrations in it. We also put a baby doll in the bed we made last week to represent baby Jesus. My prayer is that Ava always knows He is the reason for this season, that she knows Him personally, that she sees Him in our lives, in our family, in our marriage, that she knows His love and grace and in response to that she loves Him and lives for Him.
