Green Chile Pulled Pork Tacos

I wanted to share this delicious recipe that I got from Justin's Aunt Linda. We have already enjoyed it a couple of times and will be doing so again on Sunday with all the family! It is easy, yummy and pretty healthy if you opt for corn tortillas instead of flour. Hope you enjoy as much as us!

1 pork tenderloin (not seasoned) she suggests 3-5lb but I just did a 1.5 lb
1 can Swanson chicken broth
1 onion diced
1 4oz can diced green chilies
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Cut pork into thirds and place in crock pot and add all other ingredients. Cook 6-8 hours on high. I did about 6 hours on high and 3 on low. Shred with fork and serve with flour tortillas, sour cream, cheese, guac, whatever other toppings you like. If you want to use flour tortillas our new favorite is the raw tortillas that you cook- cook in oil or butter on medium heat until bubble then flip and cook other side.
