We had a fun and busy 4th this year! Of course we kicked it off with the annual River Oaks Circle 4th of July Parade! This was Jett's first year to experience the parade and what a spectacular one it was, there was a firetruck, clowns, more participants than ever, a great band, snow cones, hot dogs and even more exciting we won the Firecracker Family award! After the parade we had a nice long nap before we headed out to Nana and Pop's for a family BBQ. After eating and watching the kids ride the 4 wheelers we did some sparklers and a few small fireworks and then we sat on the porch and watched the neighbors do some really big fireworks!
