Sharing Our Sweets

We are blessed to have wonderful neighbors and live in a great neighborhood! When we came home from the hospital after Ava Kate was born we were amazed at how many of our sweet neighbors stopped by to bring gifts, food and welcome our sweet baby girl to the neighborhood. Today's advent activity was delivering some of our cookies we baked yesterday to some of our neighbors. We didn't get to bake as many as I had planned so we didn't get to take cookies to everyone but it was fun to get to surprise a few of them. Keller was so excited about this activity when we talked about it as we baked the cookies yesterday that we decided to pick him up today so he could join us. He was precious! He was so excited to give the cookies to everyone and when we were done he didn't want to stop. I think he would have stayed and talked to our neighbor Malta for hours and hours!
